Two-story office building in Brookfield sells for $1.37M

A two-story office building in Brookfield has sold for $1.37 million, according to the town’s land records.

Red Stapler B21 LLC, controlled by Brian Cronin of Newtown and Andrew Cronin of Bethel, bought the 13,037-square-foot building from Raj Dominion LLC, controlled by Massarat Quaisar of Brookfield.

Brian Cronin is president of CSA Engineering Services, a Brookfield-based electric engineering consultancy, while Andrew Cronin is a project engineer for the company.

They declined to say what they planned to do with the  building, which is the current headquarters for Health Products For You.

Raj Dominion purchased it for $1.1 million in 2019 from Richard Levine and Laura Barone, property records show.

The building, which was constructed in 1980, is appraised at $1.17 million and assessed at $821,990.
