Two apartment buildings in Stamford have sold for $2.5 million, according to land records.
DPG 24Hoyt LLC, controlled by Louis and Joseph DeRubeis, of Stamford, bought the buildings, at 24 Hoyt St., on May 21. Joseph DeRubeis did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
One building is a 2.5-story, 4,718-square-foot structure that contains a two-bedroom apartment, a four-bedroom unit and office space and was built in 1896. The other edifice is a three-story, 4,632-square-foot building that has two apartments with three bedrooms each and was built in 2024.
The seller was Castle Rock Properties of Stamford LLC, controlled by Christopher Laria, of Greenwich. He bought the 0.23-acre property for $812,500 in 2023.
The property was appraised at $1.23 million and assessed at $859,580 in 2024.
