Two six-unit Hartford apartment buildings sell for $1.1M

A Montvale, New Jersey-based investor recently purchased two, six-unit apartment buildings in Hartford for $1.1 million.

Izhak Rosenthal used two limited liability corporations to purchase the neighboring buildings at 304-306 Garden St. and 308-310 Garden St. from a limited liability company tracing back to Joseph Maharaj, of Goldens Bridge, New York.

The brick buildings date back to 1910, according to city assessing records.

State business records list Rosenthal’s address as a Waterbury apartment for one of the buying LLCs and a Hartford apartment for the other. Recorded March 2, the warranty deeds transferring the properties list a Montvale, New Jersey place of business for the buying limited liability companies.

Amanda Faroni-Sheehan of Vanguard Private Client Group brokered the properties.
