Loomis Real Estate in Putnam and Re/Max Bell Park Realty in Killingly have merged and will operate under the latter moniker, the two firms announced.
The merged entity will have 34 employees and will hold the largest market share in Windham County, the businesses said.
Dick Loomis, owner of Loomis, said in a video Re/Max posted on Youtube last week that he will “step back” from his longstanding management roles and return to selling and development projects.
