A real estate investment company with roots in Scarsdale, New York recently sold two Hartford apartment buildings with 89 total units for $6 million.
In a deal recorded May 27, MK Farmington Realty Corp. sold a 41-unit building at 276 Collins St., and a 48-unit building at 14 Niles St., to a limited liability company controlled by Hartford-based real estate management company Made Management.
The principal of the seller is Isidoros Sfikas, who lists a Hartford business address and a Scarsdale, New York, mailing address.
Made Management’s principal is Menachem Thurm.
The 32,988-square-foot, 41-unit building at 276 Collins St., has a brick exterior, is four stories and was completed in 1938, according to assessor records.
The 48-unit, 35,259-square-foot building at 14-16 Niles St., has three stories and a brick exterior. It was completed in 1968.Â
