A 2.06-acre commercial property in Bethel with showroom, office and warehouse space has sold for $2.03 million, according to town land records.
The buyer is BDE Realty Bethel LLC, controlled by Steve Gagnon of Redding, while the seller is Turtle Rock Realty LLC, controlled by Mark Guss, also of Redding. An email to Gagnon was not immediately returned.
The site includes an 11,020-square-foot building with showroom and office space and a 6,930-square-foot warehouse. It is currently occupied by Bethel Power Equipment, which sells lawnmowers and outdoor power tools.
A garage was built on the property in 1989, and a warehouse was added in 2018, records show. The property is appraised at $1.39 million and assessed at $974,050.
