Two antique Hartford apartment buildings with 19 total units recently sold to a Brooklyn, New York investor for $1.56 million.
In a sale logged by the city on Dec. 20, a 143-year-old, four-unit apartment building at 27-29 Wolcott St., and a century-old, 15-unit building at 905 Park St., were sold to a limited liability company controlled by Esther Herman, of Brooklyn.
The two limited liability companies that sold the properties share a common principal in Edward Giannetto, of Dix Hills, New York.
The listing broker was Ian Rawlinson, of the Rawlinson Group, in Southbury.
