A 20-unit luxury apartment complex in Bristol recently sold to a shoreline-based investor for $2.96 million.
The sale price of the three-building complex at 48-60 High St., equates to $147,925 per unit.
The apartments were fully gutted and renovated in 2019, while maintaining the historic feel of the complex, according to Sky Realty Group, which brokered the sale.Â
Sky Realty Group’s Sandy Strickling and Anne-Marie Dube represented the buyer, 48-66 High Street LLC, which has a business address in Providence, Rhode Island. The principal of the company is Kent Lorenz of Mystic.

The complex sits on two adjacent parcels, with three, three-bedroom units along with 13 two-bedrooms, two one-bedrooms, two studios and nine garage units. There is also off-street parking.
The kitchens have been fully renovated, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwashers, disposals, air conditioning and laundry in each unit. Utilities are paid by tenants.Â
The seller was 60 High LLC, whose principal is Sim Levenhartz of New Haven.
