A trustee has bought a retail property on Greenwich’s ritzy Greenwich Avenue for $5.45 million, according to the town’s assessor’s office.
Charles Hubbard, of Greenwich, has bought the property, at 255 Greenwich Ave., from the estate of the late Malvern Hubbard. Charles Hubbard and Eleanor Vance, of Florence, Arizona, were both the property’s trustees.
The property is appraised at $2.63 million and assessed at $1.84 million, property records show.
The two-story, 3,301-square-foot building, which is occupied by women’s clothing store Tory Burch, last sold for $1.35 million in 1992.
