Farmington manufacturer Trumpf Inc. has promoted Burke Doar from vice president of sales and marketing to senior vice president.
Doar joined the company in 2002 as vice president of customer services and was promoted a year later to the sales and marketing position.
He is immediate past chairman of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association and an elected volunteer member of the West Hartford Town Council.
