A Trumbull office building has been sold for $1.9 million.
The three-story, 18,800-square-foot building sitting on 1 acre at 4154 Madison Ave., was sold by Professional Offices of Trumbull LLC and Laura Noonan based out of Scituate, Mass., to Turkey Point Commercial LLC and Eli Wilamowsky of Lawrence, N.Y., in a deal recorded Dec. 16.Â
The broker was Angel Commercial LLC.
Suites in the building are leased to several health and wellness tenants, along with an attorney’s office and retail site with nearly 5,400 square feet of space available for owner use or future lease-up.Â
Built in 1985, the plaza has undergone multiple recent capital improvements, including new mechanicals and roof, a repaved parking lot, and renovated hallways, stairwells and common area restrooms.Â
The property has an appraised value of $1.7 million.
The property sits next to the Westfield Mall, near Sacred Heart University and about one mile from the Merritt Parkway.
