Trumbull medical building sold for $5.2M

A Trumbull medical building, mostly occupied by Yale New Haven Health (YNHH), has been sold for more than $5 million.

Silver Medical LLC sold 999 Silver Lane, Trumbull, to Fairfield-based 999 Silverlane LLC, for $5.2 million in a deal recorded April 4.

The three-floor, 20,900-square-foot building sits on 2 acres near three highways and a busy commercial area with restaurants and retail sites, and less than 20 miles to Yale New Haven hospital.
 
YNHH tenants have occupied roughly two-thirds of the space since 2002 and recently signed a new seven-year lease. 

The building is fully leased, and other tenants include Quest Diagnostics, Children’s Dentistry and New England Retina eye doctors’ group, which invested nearly $300,000 on renovations to its suite. 

Silver Medical LLC bought the property for $4.5 million in 2015. The property has a total appraised value of $3.9 million as of 2023, according to town property records.
