Two Milford and one Orange property were recently sold to investors, according to Colonial Properties, which represented the sellers in all three transactions.
“The market continues to demonstrate that there is high demand for income producing properties.” said Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker with the Orange-based firm.
Property at 135 Gulf Street, Milford, recently sold for $849,000. The mixed-use property includes buildings totaling about 5,032 square feet. The site includes a Victorian, featuring first floor office space with two apartments on the second floor, and a carriage house with a three-bedroom townhouse apartment and three garages. Richetelli represented the seller, Gulf Haven Development LLC. The buyer, who was represented by Cindy Sloan of Coldwell Banker, plans to renovate and lease the property.

Four retail/commercial buildings at 367-379 Boston Post Rd., Orange, sold recently for $1.3 million. The buildings include some 15,250 square feet on about 1.38 acres. Gary Bellard, represented the seller, JDW Realty LLC. Arnold Peck of Arnold Peck Realty represented the buyer, DeMattia Companies Inc.

A mixed use building at 373 New Haven Ave., Milford, has sold for $1.6 million. The building has about 13,000 square feet, with retail units on the first floor and residential apartments on the second floor on just over half an acre. The buyer was 41 Garden Realty LLC. Realtor Tony Vitti represented the seller, Vitti Real Estate LLC.
