One of the state’s largest healthcare systems is opening a new medical facility in Bloomfield, with an urgent care center and an outpatient care center.
The new Trinity Health Of New England Bloomfield Urgent Care, at 852 Cottage Grove Road, will treat a variety of minor illnesses and injuries. It will open in the coming weeks.
In the same building, the Trinity Health Of New England Access Center will provide preventive and long-term care, including primary care, cardiology services, sports medicine, ultrasound services, lab services, general surgery and medical infusion, among other services.
Patients can schedule an appointment with a primary care provider or a specialist. New and existing patients of Trinity Health Of New England are welcome.
