Joanne Berger-Sweeney, Trinity College president and professor of neuroscience, has been appointed to the board of directors of Hartford Hospital, which is a member of Hartford Healthcare.
Berger-Sweeney, who became Trinity president last July, most recently worked at Tufts University as dean of the School of Arts and Sciences. Prior to Tufts, she was at Wellesley College, where she worked 19 years as a faculty member and associate dean.
