Trevi Therapeutics picks new chief medical officer

Trevi Therapeutics Inc., a New Haven-based, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced that Dr. David Clark will serve as its new chief medical officer.

The company is developing the investigational therapy Haduvio to treat chronic cough in adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other chronic cough indications, and for the treatment of the skin condition prurigo nodularis.

Jennifer Good, president and CEO of Trevi, said she is pleased to welcome Clark to the leadership team, noting his medical training and background in drug development.

“We believe his strong track record as a biotech CMO and successful delivery of Phase 3 programs will enable David to play a key role as we progress the development of Haduvio,” Good said.
