AdvanceCT, formerly the Connecticut Economic Resource Center, hired Carolyn Trabuco and Sho Islam as senior members of its business recruitment team.
Trabuco, who has worked with Connecticut investment firms Phibro Trading and Pequot Capital Management, will serve as AdvanceCT’s senior director of business development. Islam, who served as business development officer at Choose New Jersey Inc., will now work as a director of business development at AdvanceCT.
