William Tourtillotte recently became operations manager of East Granby-based Newgate Instruments LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Joining Industries. Tourtillotte oversees daily operations for the company, which designs and manufactures devices for remote pipeline monitoring in the energy industry.
Tourtillotte joined Newgate Instruments in 2016 as an electrical engineer and was promoted to product development engineer in 2017.
