Torrington Savings Bank has promoted Jennifer Marchand to executive vice president, treasurer, CFO and assistant secretary.
Marchand’s expertise has grown exponentially at TSB since joining the bank in 2010 as a staff accountant.  During her tenure she has gained more responsibility and has held titles of accounting officer, assistant treasurer, and vice president and controller. Â
