🔒Torrington industrial building sells for $1.25M

A 27,200-square-foot light industrial building in Torrington recently sold to a Waterbury buyer for $1.25 million. In a deed recorded by the city July 31, RJR Realty Associates LLC sold the light industrial, metal-sided building on 4.85 acres at 219 Industrial Lane to a Waterbury-based limited liability company headed by Arjunsigh Jadeja. The building, which dates to 1984, last sold in 1998 for $1.07 million, according to town assessor records. The selling LLC’s principals are Andrew Riberdy, of Colebrook, and Darci Vallez, of Avon. Middlebury-based Godin Property Brokers listed the property and secured the buyer.
