Dymax, a global manufacturer of fast-curing materials and equipment, has renewed and extended the lease for its corporate headquarters at 318 Industrial Lane in Torrington.
The company announced Tuesday that the move reinforces its deep ties to Connecticut and its ongoing investment in local operations and employees.
Through a lease amendment, signed in April, Dymax has extended the lease for its headquarters through April 30, 2030 — a year beyond the original expiration date of May 2029.
The company has also secured a guaranteed five-year renewal option, offering the possibility to keep its corporate base in Torrington through at least 2035.
“Our headquarters in Torrington is more than just an office — it represents the history of our company, a hub of future innovation, and our connection to the community,” said Greg Bachmann, director and chairman of Dymax. “Extending our lease and securing a guaranteed renewal option reaffirms our long-term dedication to our talented employees and the greater Torrington area.”
Dymax said the renewed lease reflects its confidence in maintaining Connecticut as its home base and provides stability for expansion.
Dymax supplies a range of rapid and light-curable adhesives for the aerospace and defense, medical device, and consumer and automotive electronics industries.
