The Del-Aire Camping Resort at 704 Shenipsit Lake Road sold in September, land records show.
The buyer was B&B Property LLC, which is controlled by Brittany Mathis and Hildberto Ventura, state records show. B&B has a Maryland business address.
The sellers were Albert L. Ouellette Sr., and Germaine Ouellette.
