Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has opened sales for a 78-unit townhome complex in Brookfield.
The Pennsylvania-based developer began construction this summer on Willows at Brookfield, a 19.6-acre project at 518 Federal Road. The company declined to say when construction will be completed but said it began selling units this fall.
The townhomes range from 1,913 to 2,585 square feet and start at $500,000. Floor plans include three bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and one- or two-car garages. The development includes 38 two-story units and 40 three-story units.
Toll Brothers, which builds luxury housing in 24 states, has been recently active in Connecticut. In August, it opened a 393-unit complex in Norwalk. The company is also planning 56 homes on a former Playtex property in Stamford and 196 units on a former Gen Re site on Long Ridge Road.
