Tiara Tuesday with Flair

Dress for Success Hartford hosted Tiara Tuesday at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in West Hartford raising more than $1,700 to help fund the nonprofit organization that provides interview suits, confidence boosts and career development to low-income women in more than 75 cities worldwide.
