A three-story mixed-use retail-office building in Greenwich has sold for $5.23 million, according to the town’s land records.
CB Owner LLC, controlled by Brittany Bragg, of New York, purchased the 5,000-square-foot building, at 335 Greenwich Ave. The buyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The seller was Fairstone Properties LLC, controlled by Natasha Justine Pray, of Greenwich. Fairstone Properties acquired the building in 2002.
The building, which has office and residential space on the upper floors, sits on a 0.06-acre parcel and was built in 1910, according to property records. It is appraised at $4.4 million and assessed at $3.08 million.
Tenants include Women’s clothing store Alice & Olivia on the first floor, according to the retailer’s website.
