Three neighboring, mixed-use apartment buildings in downtown Bristol sell for $3M
A limited liability with seven principals recently paid $3 million for three, mixed-use apartment buildings in downtown Bristol.
In a deed recorded by the city on Sept. 26, a limited liability company headed by Ascher Berkowitz, of Toms River, New Jersey, sold the three buildings at 411 North Main St. and 425 North Main St. to Bristol Property Group LLC.
The buying LLC’s principals include: Peter Sirois, of Simsbury; Ronald Mairano, of Simsbury; Alex IIchenko, of West Hartford; Jean Cho, of Peekskill, New York; Mohammed Shams, of Unionville; and Kershwin Singh, of Avon.
Combined, the two properties host three, 1913-vintage brick buildings on nearly 1 acre.
They collectively contain 26,300 square feet of space, with 14 two-bedroom apartments, 12 one-bedroom units and six ground-floor retail spaces.
The properties were listed by Matthew Pierce, of Marcus & Millichap.
The two properties fetched $2.91 million when they were sold to the Berkowitz-led company in 2022.
