At 587 Orchard St., Clinton Avenue Investments LLC is proposing a two-story, four-unit residential building as a secondary structure on the property. The LLC is controlled by Bryant Thomas, Bryanna Morris and Bryant Thomas Jr., who each list New Haven business addresses, according to state records.
A separate proposal at 51 Trumbull St. would convert an existing two-and-a-half-story mixed-use building into 10 apartments. The applicant is 51 Trumbull Street LLC, controlled by Carmine Capasso and Vincenzo Capasso, who list New Haven business addresses, state records show.
Meanwhile, plans for 144 and 150 Columbus Ave., submitted by Jose Pillo, call for the construction of a four-story, 10-unit apartment building.
Each of the projects includes one affordable unit under the cityβs inclusionary zoning requirements.
All three proposals are slated to go before the New Haven City Plan Commission for site plan review at its April 15 meeting.
