Three adjacent West Hartford apartment buildings fetch $1.9M

Three adjacent, century-old West Hartford apartment buildings with 13 total units recently sold for $1.9 million.

Next Generation Park Road LLC sold the properties to Park Warren RSK LLC in a deal logged May 9.

The buying LLC’s principal is Hartford-based RSK Capital LLC, whose principal is Steve Rotberg of Hartford. The sellers’ principals include Guang Zhou Li, Tommy Li, Kelly Tran Anderson, Linda Tran and Diane Tran, all sharing the same West Hartford address, according to a state business filing.

The deal, logged May 9 by the town, includes a four-family building at 18 Park Road, a six-family at 22 Park Road and a three-family building at 12 Warren Terrace, as well as a parking lot of a little more than a tenth of an acre at 8 Warren Terrace. All of the buildings are just over a century old.

Thuyan Tran, vice president of commercial investments with Vanguard PCG, brokered the deal for both parties.
