Sarah Thrall was hired as executive director of Rebuilding Together Hartford, a nonprofit that brings volunteers and communities together to improve the lives of low-income Hartford homeowners.
Prior to her role as executive director, Thrall served as the development manager at Junior Achievement of Southwest New England.
