Bloomfield’s Thomas Hooker Brewing Co. said it will open a beer lounge March 28 at Mohegan Sun, to try out new recipes on willing customers.
The site will serve as a forum where the company will let customers test out new beer formulations.
The Hooker Brewing Test Kitchen will have five beers available at a time in small batches. Some of those brews will only be available at the Mohegan site.
Depending on feedback, some of the batches may end up in full production and sold alongside Hooker’s other main brews.
