Strategic Solutions Therapy has secured a long-term lease of 2,500 square feet of office space at 135 Cherry St., in Milford.
Strategic Solutions is a family, couple, and individual therapy practice that is expanding into this new, custom-designed space.
The therapy center is currently located nearby at 63 Cherry St., and the business plans to occupy the new space by April 2023.
Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services in Hamden, completed the negotiations for the owner, Dow Enterprises, LLC and procured the tenant.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Amity Physical Therapy occupies the other portion of the 135 Cherry building.
