The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. is offering a disability insurance coverage for small businesses and their workers.
The product is available to businesses with 50 to 999 employees as a stand-alone without The Hartford’s long-term disability insurance.
The insurer says its national surveys show employee at small businesses aren’t as satisfied with their life and disability benefits as are their peers at mid-size and large companies, assuming they even have them.
