Quinnipiac University in Hamden is one five U.S. schools participating in a pilot program to teach to teach future business executives how to handle crises and preserve corporation reputations.
The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) is sponsoring the program in 2012-2013 to develop a model course offering lessons on establishing a brand, social responsibility, using the media and other subjects that will be part of a course adopted by business schools across the U.S.
Dartmouth College, the University of Maryland, Indiana’s Northwestern University, and the University of Texas at El Paso are participating.
