The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company (Penn Mutual) has named Matthew Sullivan its new regional director for New England.
Sullivan most recently was regional director of the New England Region with Pacific Life in Newton, Mass., and was previously the national vice president of products and marketing with Sun Life Financial, where he was responsible for building a sales, marketing and operations team.
