The Hartford said it has tapped Boston-based Maxwell Health to launch a new digital benefits administration platform for small- and medium-sized businesses.
The Employee Choice Benefits interface makes it easy for employees to choose benefits for themselves and their families in one place online, said Mike Fish, head of Group Benefits product and strategy at The Hartford.
The property-casualty insurer did not disclose what it’s investing in the new offering.
The Hartford defines small- to medium-sized businesses as those with 50-1,000 employees.
