Forty-nine units, which are part of The Forest condominiums in Farmington, have been sold to Farmington Estates LLC in a $7.05 million deal.
The closing price equates to $143,878 per unit. The units exceed 1,200 square feet and are mostly two-bedroom townhouses with 1.5 baths.
The Forest was built in the 1980s and features a swimming pool, wooded walking trails and a clubhouse, near the UConn Health Center and Interstate 84.

Steve Pappas of Chozick Realty Inc. arranged the sale and represented the sellers, which include R & P Investment Associates LLC, Lubin Associates LLC and Duke Associates LLC. The three companies share one address in Naples, Florida.
Farmington Estates is controlled by a Chestnut Ridge, N.Y. regional investment group, North Point Management Corp. The principal is listed as Samuel Pollak.
The purchaser plans cosmetic upgrades to the units as leases turn over, according to Chozick Realty.Â
