Officials for TD Bank, which has branches in Connecticut, say they have not completely solved a computer glitch that has been confounding online banking customers all week.
Customers who log into their accounts are not seeing up-to-the-minute details on transactions due to a problem integrating the computer systems of the old TD Banknorth and Commerce Bank.
Bank spokeswoman Rebecca Acevedo says the transactions on the online accounts are current through the end of business Thursday — which is an improvement.
The bank says customer accounts should not appear to be overdrawn to vendors. However, the bank will waive any fees if they do.
The bank is headquartered in Portland, Maine, and Cherry Hill, N.J., and has about 1,000 branches from Maine to Florida. (AP)
