Water engineering firm Tata & Howard, which has offices in Meriden, said it has acquired the assets of Waterbury civil engineering firm Roald Haestad Inc.
Tata, headquartered in Massachusetts, said the deal provides it with additional dam engineering, surveying and streamflow analysis services. It said it will continue to service RHI’s clients from RHI’s Waterbury office on Brookside Road. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
RHI President Ronald G. Litke is retiring, Tata said.
Tata now has offices in most of New England and in Arizona.
