The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Taste of Middlesex restaurant week from Feb. 23 through March 1.
Participating restaurants will offer special three-course prix fixe menus priced at $20.26 or $30.26. Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included.
Restaurants scheduled to participate include 1741 Pub & Grill, Amici Italian Grill, Mizzu Asian Bistro, Fire at the Ridge, Salute Rocky Hill, Scotch Plains Tavern, The 1851 Kitchen & Cocktail Bar, and Water’s Edge Resort & Spa.
