Talcott Mountain Collective, a pub and outdoor event venue in Simsbury, has announced a seasonal partnership with chef Jeffrey Lizotte.
Lizotte is the chef and owner of Present Company in Tariffville and executive director at The Foundry in Hartford.
The Collective says Lizotte’s Present Company food truck will serve guests every Friday, Saturday and Sunday this summer. The venue also says the residency could potentially extend into the fall.
Talcott Mountain Collective has recently unveiled a dedicated outdoor dining garden as part of its footprint, and says the new partnership offers an opportunity to bring restaurant-quality cuisine to guests.
The venue plays host to other food trucks on a rotating basis, including Samba’s and Mama Nena.
A Simsbury native, Lizotte opened the Present Company restaurant in 2016.
He says the food truck will feature “a rotating menu of seasonal offerings and signature favorites.”
