Swiss Reinsurance Co. is preparing to move its regional office, with about 95 employees, from Avon to Windsor.
Swiss Re signed a lease for 20,626 square feet in 2 Waterside Crossing, a four-story office building in Windsor’s Griffin Office Park, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented landlord Vision Equities LLC.
The insurer is currently housed at 20 Security Drive in Avon. No specific date for the move was given.
