New Haven-based architecture, art and advisory firm Svigals + Partners has promoted designer Christopher Bockstael to partner and project manager Julia McFadden to associate principal.
Bockstael has been with the firm since 2004 and an associate principal since 2009, spearheaded the conversion of the Winchester Arms factory in New Haven’s Science Park district into a state-of-the-art headquarters for tech company Higher One, Inc.
McFadden, with Svigals + Partners since 2008, serves as project manager for several major firm ventures, including a renovation and addition for a historical landmark, The Little Theatre in New Haven; development of the Engineering & Science University Magnet School and the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut.
