Hartford-based Connecticut Law Tribune has named Paul Sussman editor-in-chief of the publication and GC New England magazine.
Sussman, formerly managing editor, will replace Scott Brede. ALM, the Law Tribune’s parent company, would not disclose why Brede is leaving the position.
Sussman, who has spent 25 years in newspapers, joined the Tribune in 2006 after serving as managing editor at The News-Times in Danbury. Douglas S. Malan, associate editor of the Tribune, will step up to fill Sussman’s previous position.
