More than one-third of senior office managers around the country feel that bracket contests and other March Madness-related activity in the office has a positive impact on worker productivity, according to a survey by staffing provider OfficeTeam, which has a Hartford location.
The Robert Half-owned company surveyed 307 managers around the country, and found that half also feel that the college hoops tournament boosts employee morale.
The number of managers who feel that way has increased by 20 percent since 2013, OfficeTeam said.
