A hospitality group has bought the Super 8 motel property in West Haven for more than $3 million.
West Haven-based MKRAAA Hospitality LLC, with principals Vanita, Piyush, Kiran, Renuka and Hiren Patel, bought the motel from Pradip, Kamleshbhai and Thakorbhai Patel for $3.8 million in a deal recorded Nov. 7.
The 82-room motel sits on 5.26 acres and was built in 1960. The property has a total appraised value of $1.9 million.
