Sunbelt Rentals has taken over a vacant Rocky Hill industrial property.
The national equipment rental company has signed a lease to occupy the 10,976-square-foot property at 647 Cromwell Ave.
Terms of the leaser were not disclosed.
Luke Massirio and Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial LLC represented the landlord in the deal, Omega Rocky Hill LLC, which is controlled by Moishe Schwartz of Brooklyn, New York.

Sunbelt was represented by the Stubblebine Co.
The property sits on 4 acres, has eight drive-in doors, and is located behind Golden Nozzle Car Wash and Peter Pan Bus Lines.
