The 26,000-square-foot property at 80 Bennett Road sold in October.
The buyer was R & R 80 BENNETT LLC, which is controlled by Majid Rasool, who has a Glastonbury business address, state records show.
The seller was 80 Bennett Road Owner LLC, which is controlled by Aharon Friedman, who has a Hartford business address, state records show.

The property was built in 1973, renovated 1993, sits on 2.36 acres and has 12 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
Hartford-based Sentry Commercial represented the seller.
