Suffield’s Hilltop Technologies has promoted Rob Johnston to vice president of implementations project management and Heather Lingenfelter to vice president of operations.
Johnston and Lingenfelter have been with Hilltop — which provides Avaya and Shoretel systems — for eight years and 14 years, respectively.
