The buyer is 11 Kenny Roberts LLC, whose principal is Jeffrey Girard of Suffield.
The seller is Vingt Douze LLC of Middletown, Delaware, whose principal is Alicja Zyzniewska of Middletown, Delaware.

The 15,756-square-foot building went up in 2004.
