It was built in 2008.
The buyer was 51 Eckart SHU LLC, which is controlled by CQM Fund III LLC of Stamford.
The seller was Acorn I LLC, which is controlled by John L. Williams and Stephanie Stiefel Williams, state records show.

A New Haven office building that was slated to be converted to apartments has sold for $8 million, property records show.

The 106,865-square-foot property at 129 Church St., sold in October.
The sellers were Jacob and Josef Feldman, who earlier this year received city approval to convert the eight-story building into 92 market-rate apartments, according to the New Haven Independent.
The buyer was View on the Green LLC, which is controlled by Shmuel Levitin, who has a New Haven business address, state records show.
It’s not clear how the sale will impact the proposed apartment conversion project.
The Feldman brothers originally purchased the building in 2014 for $6.9 million, property records show.
The property was built in 1900 and sits 0.33 acres, according to CoStar.

The 14,600-square-foot property at 85 Mead St., sold in September.
The buyer was Agree Realty, a Michigan-based real estate investment trust.
The seller was SHD SB Stratford LLC, which originally bought the property in 2014 for $1.3 million, records show.
The property was built in 2015, sits on 1.67 acres and has 18 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
